Plan to pro drastically dye my hair to my sister's dark brown hair color.can the stylist do tha

I have had my hair professionaly highlighted before and then at home dyed. Both times blonde. My natural hair is dark blonde/light brown. It still has the pro and at home colors in it. Is my hair gonna get any brassy or orange color? And also does dying your hair change the natural color of your hair and will it get severly damaged?

If you go to a good hairdresser they should get an exact match, Take your sister with you =)

I doubt you'll get a brassy effect if you have a professional do it, And no dying your hair does not change your natural colour, but yes it can get severly damaged.. I wouldn't worry about damage unless you get it dyed all the time.

Remeber, Your natural colour is usually the most flattering for your skin type.

Hi - This type of color is called "Color Correction" It takes a specialist in color to restore your hair to its natural color when you've had highlights. In most cases the reality will be that it will be close to, but not totally, your natural brown. Nature will show you that the hair underneath is always slightly darker than the hair on top, thats because the sun lightens the hair on top. So when you darken the hair on top it will always be slightly lighter than the hair underneath. You will not be one solid perfect shade of brown throughout. Repeated coloring of the hair does alter the condition of your hair. But don't worry there are plenty of good professional products available to keep it from frying out. Good luck!
